We received the "Best Innovation Award" and the "Overall Winner Award" at the Hamlym Symposium's Surgical Robot Challenge 2019. (June 25th and 27th, 2019)

Our laboratory's research objectives are developing highly-advanced production technologies and robotic systems and applying them to state of the art medical field. We are conducting research on robotic systems that provide accurate surgical assistance safely from remote locations, targeting minimally invasive surgery and microsurgery. In order to take full advantage of robot technology, we are developing surgical robots equipped with ultra-fine mechanisms and super precision control.
